Why should I buy my jewelry from SixtyOne60?

We have connections with some of the most reputable jewelry manufacturers in North America and around the world. You can rest assured that when you make a purchase with us you are buying a top-of-class product.

Is my Warranty really for a lifetime guaranteed?

Yes.. Buying a Bentley comes with the expectation that you are buying the top-of-class product; SixtyOne60 provides that same service with our jewelry.

Where is the jewelry manufactured?

All of our jewelry is manufactured in Toronto, Canada with our in house designers and goldsmiths. Only occasionally do we outsource some work with our most trusted contacts in the industry.

Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes.

Will I be charged duties/import taxes?

Your country's customs office may impose import duties or taxes on any incoming international shipment. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and vary on average between 10%-15% of the total declared value. Your customs office may contact you to remit payment after you receive your package. In some instances, FedEx will pay these import fees ahead of time for you, and will contact you once the package has cleared customs to remit payment for these duties.

How long will my package take to get here?

Order processing varies based on the item ordered. If your item is in stock and does not require resizing, it is generally shipped within 2 business days of your order. Back ordered items take 2-3 weeks to ship. Made to order items take between 5-15 business days. Please refer to the item page for expected shipping times, orcontact us. All Packages Require Signature.

Can I change the shipping address?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed we cannot change the shipping address. If you contact us within the first our of placing your order we may be able to accommodate, however, there are no guarantees with this. Please ensure you have the correct information on your order form before submitting your order with us. We appreciate your dilligence!

Orders

How do I track my order?

Once you've created an account with us you will have access to the status of your order. Once your order is shipped you will be goven a tracking number as per the courier delivering your package.

I got my piece engraved but I need to make a change, what can I do?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed we cannot change the engraving. If you contact us within the first hour of placing your order we may be able to accommodate, however, there are no guarantees with this. Please ensure you have the correct information on your order form before submitting your order with us. We appreciate your dilligence!

How will my order take to be processed?

Returns

What is your return policy?

1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer free 14-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. International returns are protected under our 14-Day Return Policy. Please follow the procedures listed in our Return Policy. Please be advised that all international returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. To start a return, you must receive a Return ID Number (RIN). You can contact us at CONTACT@sixtyone60.com to obtain a RIN. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 906-10 Willison Square, Toronto, Ontario, M5T0A8.

4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first receiving a Return ID Number (RIN) will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at CONTACT@sixtyone60.com.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

6. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom/engraved products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

7. Only items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return without the original tag intact. 

8. Mens eternity band sizes are not refundable if greater than size 10, or less than size 8. This only applies to rings with diamonds going all the way around.

9. All 18K Gold chains are made to order and are non-refundable. Tennis chains under 20 inches and over 24 inches non-refundable. Tennis bracelets under 7 inches and over 8.5 inches non-refundable.

10. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

My refund was accepted by you, how long will it take for the money to be in my bank?

Once your RIN has been inspected and accepted by SixtyOne60 we will issue you a refund. From then foward your money is subject to the process and procedure of your bank. Generally, it can take anywhere from 15-30 business days for your money to be returned.
